The house is arranged into four independent, air-conditioned units, each featuring its own fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. This layout ensures comfort and privacy for all ten guests. Each unit opens onto private balconies with relaxing views, creating pleasant indoor-outdoor living spaces. The interiors are equipped with modern essentials, offering a functional and comfortable home-away-from-home environment.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire house, including all four independent units with private entrances and multiple balconies. Private parking is available upon request. Access to the house is convenient, with no stairs required to enter the property and only a few steps leading to the upper-level apartments, making the residence suitable for children and elderly guests.
