The Space

The apartments feature three large bedrooms ( 2 bedrooms contain 2 large double beds and the third bedroom contains 2 single or twin bed as well as there are 2 comfortable sofa beds with sleeping capacity 2 persons per an each sofa bed) , a very spacious living areas with two sofa beds, and a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining area. With 2.5 bathrooms, the layout provides added comfort and privacy for groups of up to 10 guests.

An oversized balcony offers additional outdoor space with open views, creating a pleasant setting for relaxation. The interior is bright and modern, designed to balance shared living with individual comfort.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the large balcony. A secured garage parking space is available upon request. The apartment is located in a modern building with elevator access and is wheelchair accessible.
